Fourteen years ago, on a beautiful winter's day, I gave birth to the most beautiful baby girl I had ever seen. When they placed her in my arms I felt like I was dreaming. I couldn't believe I was chosen to be her mom. I've watched her grow from a fun, laughing, learning baby to a fearless, bossy little girl and I've loved every single minute of it. As I watched her today at the other end of my lens, I saw a gorgeous, graceful young lady emerging. She still is a giggly and goofy as ever but the woman she will soon become is blossoming in front of me. We talked of favorite school memories and teachers and she laughed as she shared her most embarrassing middle school moment and I thanked God that I got to be there for all of those memories. She is my precious gift that I didn't deserve and every day with her fills my heart with joy. I love you my beautiful, darling, goofy girl. You are my treasure and I pray that High School brings you many new incredible memories and experiences beyond your expectations. Never forget, you are deeply loved and known by the lover of your soul. You'll always be my little Lita Girl.
